Refund 

1. Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, in the same condition as you received it, with its original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. You can contact us via our social media channels or at fiveleafsclothing@gmail.com.

If stated that the sale is final, or the item is not eligible, you cannot apply for a refund. 

2. Return Procedure:
To initiate a return, please contact us at fiveleafsclothing@gmail.com within the 30-day period, providing your order details and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. 

3. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the item. 

4. Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility(this may be with a picture taken of the item), we will process the refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at fiveleafsclothing@gmail.com.

5. Exclusions:
Certain items, such as personalized or customized products,may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. Clearance or final sale items are non-returnable.

Shipping policy

FiveLeafs Shipping policy 

1. Processing Time:

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. Please note that processing time may increase during busy periods. 

2. Shipping Method:

We currently offer standard shipping for all orders. The shipping cost will be calculated based on the  the selected shipping address and the weight of the order.

3. Delivery Time:

The estimated delivery time varies depending on the shipping address (estimated on when the parcel gets shipped out from us).

4. International Shipping:

We offer international shipping, and the delivery time for orders is estimated to be 10-17 business days. Please note that the actual delivery time may vary and is subject to customs regulations. 

5. Track Your Order:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping confirmation and a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your order. This doesn't count for certain country's, but we will provide proof of shipping out the goods.

6. Delayed or Lost Orders:

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply to international shipments.
